And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of "the Statutory Declarations Act 1835".
Declared by the Declarant Yung Kam Wah (容金華) at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong this ... day of April 1909 through the interpretation of Kau Wa (九華) of Victoria aforesaid.
I having been also first declared that to him the said declaration was interpreted distinctly and audibly and that he faithfully interpreted the declaration about to be administered unto him.
